What is Go-ride?
Go-Ride - is British Cycling's development programme for young people. The programme provides a fun and safe way to introduce young riders to the world of cycle sport and provides a platform to improve bike handling skills. Getting involved is easy just come along to our Thursday night coaching sessions at Frenchfield sports centre, Penrith.
Go-ride coaching sessions
We run theses sessions every Thursday, the go-ride sessions are suitable for riders age 5-14 year olds & cost £2.00 per rider.

Super club cluster track sessions
These sessions are suitable for riders aged between 9 to 16 year olds, beginners intermediates and racers, the sessions are being run in a Super Club format with input from British Cycling & clubs including Furness Future Flyers, Cyclewise Academy, Mossley RT, Man Tri & North Cheshire Clarion. The aim of the sessions is to give clubs/riders an opportunity to ride at the National Cycling Centre Manchester & are run every 6/7 weeks.
These sessions are suitable for riders aged between 9 to 16 year olds, beginners intermediates and racers, the sessions are being run in a Super Club format with input from British Cycling & clubs including Furness Future Flyers, Cyclewise Academy, Mossley RT, Man Tri & North Cheshire Clarion. The aim of the sessions is to give riders an opportunity to ride with riders with equal ability & more focus on a work out than the normal club coaching sessions. The sessions are run every 2 weeks.
